Sally is an award winning Executive Coach who achieves exceptional results with senior executives and leaders working in a variety of contexts and industry settings. She works extensively with senior executives up to Board level of FTSE 5 companies and is highly experienced in understanding the business context in which executives have to communicate and perform. She is a valued and trusted team coach and works with teams to drive peak performance and excellent execution in fast changing organisational settings. One of Sally’s roles is the lead coach on the Executive MBA Programme at the international business school, IMD in Lausanne, where she also works with international top teams on their impact and performance. Sally founded and led the Global Coaching Centre of Excellence at GlaxoSmithKline as well as coaching individual executives herself. In 2016 GSK Coaching received the International Coach Federation (ICF) International Prism Award for Global Excellence, and Sally was recognised as Internal Coaching Person of the Year by the publication Coaching at Work. She has a Doctorate in Coaching from the International Centre for Coaching at Oxford Brookes University, an MBA and a degree in Psychology and Anthropology. She has the NTL Organisation Development Certificate and is accredited to Professional Certified Coach level with the ICF. She is also an accredited Coach and Organisation Development Supervisor with Ashridge. She enjoys skiing, spending time with her fifteen year old son (when he will let her) and travelling.
