Our work was the subject of a recent Telegraph profile: see here

Matthew Fleming.

Matthew is chairman of AGL Communications. He assumed this role as the culmination of a long and close relationship with the business. A friend and advisor to our founder, Anthony Gordon Lennox, Matthew was a founding director of the firm and has also been a client in his capacity as a Partner of Stonehage Fleming – the leading international Family Office, where he has responsibility for Family Governance, Succession and the Next Gen.

In a varied career, he has also been a forklift truck driver, was commissioned into the Royal Green Jackets, played professional cricket for Kent for 12 years, captained them for three, and represented England. He was chairman of the Professional Cricketers Association, a director of the ECB, has been president of the MCC and is a passionate believer in the value of leadership and team.

Matthew has also run a small investment fund, sat on the board of the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and importantly has experienced both success and failure throughout his career. At every stage he has learned the enormous value of leadership underpinned by authentic communication.
