In this recent Telegraph film about our work, we reflect on our founder, Anthony Gordon Lennox’s belief in authentic leadership

Isabel Spearman.

Isabel works with businesswomen at all stages of their careers to build confidence through their image and personal brand. Having worked in the fashion industry then political sphere for many years, she understands what it takes to feel and look your best, and to project the most confident version of yourself as a result.

Whether it’s public speaking, boardroom or media interviews, Isabel ensures that their presentation will make them feel great. She wants her clients to be able to focus on what they do best, bolstered by the confidence that developing a strong personal brand brings.

Clients work with Isabel as a one-off or over whole stages of their careers. In particular, there are often pivotal moments when she can help, such as moving into a leadership role, developing a more public profile or returning from a leave of absence such as maternity, when confidence levels are sometimes lower. Consultations are generally 60 minutes long, in which Isabel and the client discuss the importance of image in their role, the message they want to portray and how to achieve this in the most practical and effective way possible. It’s a confidence-boosting conversation which will leave the individual with a clear understanding of how best to progress either on their own, or with her support.

Isabel formerly worked with Samantha Cameron as her special advisor covering two general elections and playing a key role in building her public profile internationally. Prior to this, she worked as PR director for Anya Hindmarch in London and New York. Isabel is an ambassador for Smart Works, a charity helping women in need regain their confidence by providing work outfits and interview training. She also writes a weekly column for The Telegraph on work wear.
