Research by The Prince’s Trust tells us that 43% of young people feel ill-prepared for work and that they lack the soft skills and the confidence necessary to prosper in employment.
The increasing prevalence of digital communication, coupled with a worrying decline in young people’s self-esteem and mental health, suggests that the standard educational curriculum – and even STEM training – isn’t enough to help the new generation prosper.
In our experience, young people have the potential to be extraordinary communicators. By unlocking their core communication skills and honing their storytelling capabilities, we help them overcome their fears and reach this potential.
Developed in collaboration with the London’s Mayor’s Office, businesses and educators, our individual and group coaching is specifically targeted to support young people as they apply for university, interview for a new job, or step up in their career. Empowering the New Generation of thoughtful leaders means that they’re able to meet new challenges, connect engagingly with their audience and have the confidence to communicate – as themselves.
